Tracking online provides an easy, accessible way to check the most current status of any shipment.
This number can be found on the Bill of Lading for the shipment.
To enter multiple tracking numbers, ensure that there is only one PRO number per line.
Results will include the PRO number, the Origin and Destination, the number of Pieces in a shipment, the weight of the shipment, the shipping date, and the current status of the shipment.
Additionally, the progress of the shipment will be displayed as a chart showing the date and time that a shipment's status was changed, as well as displaying the change.
The results of a tracking inquiry are displayed in the central viewing pane with a gray heading displaying the Shipper and Consignee at the top.
If multiple tracking numbers were entered, they will appear as tabs at the top of the central pane. The current tab will be the same color as the heading bar (which displays the Shipper and Consignee); inactive tabs will be a lighter shade of gray.
